Every time I see Hollywood actors upset about people who make too much money I want to toss my cookies.
Seriously, did these guys feel any sense of irony as they hopped into their Porches and zipped back to their Beverly Hill’s mansions after filming this segment?
Also, why not a piece about trial lawyers? Now THERE is a misunderstood class of rich people that needs to be “protected”.
I can speak for me. It is not a case of defending the insurance companies. It is disgust at Hollywood’s selective outrage and hypocritical condescension.
It’s a case of recognizing that if the government has the ability to declare war on any part of the private sector it’s not a long trip to my individual rights and an even shorter trip to religious freedoms.
It’s also a recognition that some of the problems that the govt. is attacking it created in its over-regulating.
That being said – I think the insurance business is somewhat of a racket – but I trust the government (regardless of party in control) even less to fix the problem.

Hey, I appreciate that. I think you have to actually click the little orange technorati logo as opposed to the text. See if that works.

Other than that, it was a great sketch.
